Our villa is in Rotonda West, a deed-restricted community with a high standard of upkeep with houses backing onto canals and golf courses

Although Rotonda is entirely residential, there is good shopping at Englewood and Port Charlotte nearby, and a choice of supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive

Along with the shopping, there is a wide choice of restaurants of all standards

Several lovely Gulf Coast beaches are easily accessible from the villa, the nearest being only 15 minutes drive

For golf enthusiasts, there are several courses within Rotonda, and a new 9 hole section has recently been added to the Long Marsh course that runs behind the villa, making it a 27 hole course. There are, of course, many more golf courses within a short drive.

Rotonda is easily accessible from the I75 highway, which gives access to several state parks, the interesting towns of Venice, Sarasota and Fort Meyers and the picturesque islands of Little Gaspirilla and Sanibel, all less than an hour's drive away.
